Having conducted a comprehensive study of the Luxembourg Dual Citizens, we realized that there is truly outstanding talent within our community.

Now, our mission is simple: to launch a dynamic professional network that connects Luxembourg’s newest citizens with each other as well as their ancestral homeland. It’s no secret. Luxembourg never anticipated adding tens of thousands of new citizens in the Americas. And in truth, many doors remain shut to our integration. We believe that making Luxembourg aware of the incredible talent and businesses in our community can be one way towards a first step to a wider dialogue about what we can achieve together.

Registration Requirements

To register your business as a Luxembourg Dual Citizen Business, it must meet the following criteria:

Who Qualifies as a Luxembourg Dual Citizen (LDC)?

An LDC is someone who has gained dual citizenship of Luxembourg through a family connection, specifically through an ancestor who emigrated to the Americas, mainly Argentina, Brazil, or the United States. For our purposes, the term also applies to their legal spouse, even when they don’t (yet) have the citizenship themself. If you’re in the process of applying for Luxembourgish dual citizenship, you’re welcome to apply to register your business. However, we’ll only list your business once your dual citizenship is officially confirmed.

1. Business Status: Your business must be fully set up and currently operating.

2. Ownership and Leadership:

A Luxembourg Dual Citizen (LDC) owns the entire business, OR
An LDC holds a significant leadership position within the company, such as CEO, COO, Founder, Managing Director, Associate, etc. OR
An LDC has at least a 25% ownership stake or operating share in the business.

3. Business Identity

The business must have its own unique identity, separate from its founder.
We’re working on guidelines to better showcase the many freelancers, consultants, and independent professionals such as accountants, doctors and lawyers in our community. Stay tuned for updates.

More Information:

Each LDC can register up to two entities per person.
Each application will be reviewed by the LuxCitizenship team for compliance with stated guidelines. We may contact you for verification of your Luxembourg Dual Citizenship status and/or for proof of ownership or leadership status at the company.
