I acknowledge and consent that Connaissance Solutions LLC (hereafter, “LuxCitizenship”) will debit my payment method for the indicated sum of to reserve the 30-minute consultation. I also explicitly acknowledge and consent that LuxCitizenship will monitor the length of time of the call and will charge my payment method for an additional increment of 30 minutes after each increment of 30 minutes is passed. I acknowledge that LuxCitizenship will send me a summary of the length of the call and receipt of additional billing. I explicitly wave my right to request a refund under any circumstance except for when I give at least 48-hours advance notice of cancelation of the requested consultation. I also explicitly acknowledge that if I do not give at least 24 hours notice of cancelation or rescheduling OR if I miss the scheduled time window for the call that I will be subject to the same consultation fee of $100.00 to book a new consultation. For consult calls related to dual citizenship eligibility, the eligible primary applicant must participate in the consult call to be eligible to move forward.
