Held in conjunction with the nglccNY – National LGBT Chamber of Commerce New York, join us for a presentation by our founder Daniel Atz on what LGBT Americans should be aware of when considering moving abroad, particularly to Europe. The event will also delve into the what American business owners should know when thinking about emigrating.
Our founder Daniel Atz has helped thousands of Americans obtain EU dual citizenship through ancestry. He has helped many members of the LGBT community in the US navigate unique complexities when moving abroad, including recognition of children through surrogacy, gender transition in an international legal context as well as travel and immigration on a US passport with an X gender marker.
This interactive session combines expert presentation with open conversation, providing practical insights for business owners dealing with work visas, citizenship pathways, the impact of executive orders on small businesses and commerce, remote management of a US business and incorporating abroad.
Space is limited to ensure a quality interactive experience (average attendance 8-30 participants)
