Are you uploading a copy of your passport?Ideally you provide a flatbed scan of your passport. If you do not have access to a scanner, the photo must meet the below criteria

• It must be one single image file, not multiple

• The format can be .PDF (preferred) or .JPG, no exceptions.

• Your passport must be signed (exception for children under 14 years old)

• The image must include the full signature page and ID photo page

• The passport pages cannot be cropped whatsoever, the full signature and id photo pages must be visible

• The passport image must be on a neutral, solid background

• The passport must be shown flat, and if it is a photo, the photo must be taken head on. The photo cannot be taken at an angle or far away from the passport.

• No lens flares can be visible on the image

• No foreign objects, such as fingers or paper weights, can be visible on the passport

• Only upload the signature and photo page, do not upload the other pages

Both the old format passport and the new format passport issued since 2023 (visible in the image) are accepted, however the document cannot be expired
