Our Lux Citizenship updates SMS messaging service provides periodic text messages about  application updates, important deadlines, document requirements, appointment reminders, and other Lux Citizenship-related information. Message frequency varies based on your application stage and preferences.

B. SMS Data Collection & Use

When you opt in to our SMS messaging service, we collect:

  • Your mobile phone number
  • Your name (if provided)
  • Your consent to receive SMS messages
  • Your message history with our service
  • Date and time of opt-in
  • Method of opt-in (website, form, text-to-join, etc.)

We use this information solely to provide the SMS messaging service you requested, respond to your inquiries, and improve our service.

C. SMS Consent & Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to our shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. To rejoin, you must sign up as you did initially.
