Founded in 2016, LuxCitizenship transforms heritage into opportunity by helping Americans with Luxembourgish ancestry reclaim their dual citizenship. With a 100% application success rate, we’ve guided over 2,100 clients through the citizenship process, representing 12.5% of all Luxembourg dual citizens in the United States.
Beyond citizenship services, we’ve built a thriving community connecting over 40,000 dual citizens across the Americas through exclusive events, business networking, and relocation consultations. As an LGBT-owned business and member of both the Luxembourg American and National Gay and Lesbian Chambers of Commerce, we proudly reinvest 22.7% of our gross income into cultural preservation and community initiatives.
Now, we’re expanding our impact with two new business lines addressing emerging needs in the global mobility landscape. We’re seeking two visionary Executive Directors to build these ventures from concept to market launch, working directly with our founder to pioneer innovative solutions in this rapidly evolving space.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As Executive Director, you will:
Strategic Leadership & Vision
- Drive the strategic direction and execution of one of our pre-revenue initiatives
- Influence and develop comprehensive business plans with clear revenue models, market positioning, and growth trajectories
- Establish measurable KPIs and milestone-based objectives for the first 12-24 months
Market Development & Revenue Generation
- Lead go-to-market strategy development and execution
- Identify and pursue revenue opportunities through direct services, partnerships, and platform models
- Achieve transition from pre-revenue to sustainable revenue generation within defined timelines
Operational Excellence
- Influence the implementation of operational systems, workflows, and quality control measures
- Manage resource allocation and work with Operations Director to establish infrastructure to support scale
- Influence the development of internal processes for reporting, compliance, and performance tracking
Partnership & Ecosystem Building
- Forge strategic partnerships across key audience segments and with relevant brands within international law, immigration services, government agencies, and complementary service providers
- Represent the initiative at high-level conferences, forums, and industry events
- Cultivate relationships with potential clients, partners, and investors
Team Leadership
- Initially work with contracted specialists and consultants while building toward a permanent team structure
- Define organizational needs and create hiring roadmaps aligned with growth projections
- Develop a high-performance culture that balances innovation with execution
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Professional Background
- 5-10+ years of relevant professional experience, with at least 3 years in leadership roles
- Demonstrated experience in international relations, media, government, law, consulting, marketing, or related fields
- Track record of building and scaling new ventures, departments, or initiatives
- Experience working with international stakeholders
Skills & Competencies
- Strategic vision combined with tactical execution capabilities
- Financial acumen with experience in revenue modeling, forecasting, and budget management
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to make decisions with incomplete information
- Experience navigating complex regulatory environments and compliance requirements
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

COMPENSATION & GROWTH OPPORTUNITY
FOUNDER’S JOURNEY WITH SIGNIFICANT UPSIDE
This role represents a unique entrepreneurial opportunity to build and shape a transformative initiative from the ground up. We’ve structured the compensation to align with the startup journey while providing significant growth potential:
- Initial Builder Phase: $8,000 per month retainer (equivalent to $96,000 annually) for the first 90 days as you get started, develop the strategic roadmap, and initiate market validation.
- Growth Acceleration: Following our 90-day comprehensive review, compensation will be adjusted based on predefined success metrics and initiative progress. High-performers who demonstrate exceptional leadership and progress toward revenue goals can expect substantial increases aligned with market rates for established executive directors.
- Long-Term Value Creation: As your initiative gains traction and begins generating revenue, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in its success through equity or revenue-sharing arrangements. This entrepreneurial structure means your financial upside is directly tied to the value you create.
- Path to Leadership: Successful initiative leaders will have the opportunity to build and lead their own teams, with the potential to grow into broader executive roles within our expanding organization.
