href=\"https:\/\/mj.gouvernement.lu\/fr\/dossiers\/2020\/nationalite-luxembourgeoise.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Minist\u00e9rio da Justi\u00e7a <\/a><\/strong>em 31 de dezembro de 2024, <strong>40.804 adultos haviam recuperado a nacionalidade luxemburguesa<\/strong> por meio de um ancestral vivo em 1\u00ba de janeiro de 1900 (artigo 89 da Lei de Nacionalidade de Luxemburgo).<\/p><p>Esse n\u00famero total inclui 12.389 brasileiros e 3.828 americanos, <strong>representando<\/strong> <strong>40%<\/strong> dos que recuperaram a nacionalidade luxemburguesa por meio de ascend\u00eancia.<\/p><p>681 adultos americanos e 2.893 adultos brasileiros devem viajar para Luxemburgo antes de dezembro de 2025 ou perder\u00e3o o direito de recuperar a
